Leadership course


Your potentials and resources as a leader are crucial for the efficiency and economy of your organisation. Based on Mogens Weinreich's book, Are you a good leader?you will get some real and practical tools for leadership. Leadership is a craft in itself and should be treated accordingly. The course helps you to deal with the challenges and potential conflicts you face as a leader.

Course content

The course includes a combination of lectures, group work and joint discussions. We will give you an insight into what the leadership role entails and the typical challenges associated with leadership. We will draw on the experiences and issues that you bring to the course. 

Before the course, you will complete a personality test from Human Developers that shows your strengths as well as areas of development for your personal management style and what type of leader you are.

Course leader and trainer is Jane Bruun, senior consultant and occupational psychologist. Since 1997, Jane Bruun has run courses and projects in the form of open programmes and tailor-made courses for groups of managers and employees, including the development of the individual manager, training for management teams and employees, including team building, coaching and stress management.
